Account and Data Deletion
Last updated August 26, 2026. You may request deletion of your BlackTide account and associated personal data at no charge.
How to request deletion
Open the official BlackTide Support server and submit an account-deletion request. Do not post passwords, recovery codes, or other secrets. Support will use a private verification process to confirm account ownership before deletion.
What is removed
After ownership is verified, BlackTide removes or anonymizes the account profile, linked Google or Facebook identity, active sessions, recovery and verification records, and gameplay data that is not required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or dispute resolution.
Provider access
You can also remove BlackTide from the connected-app settings in Google or Facebook. Removing provider access stops future provider authentication, but does not by itself delete the BlackTide account; use the support process above for full account deletion.
Timing and questions
We aim to complete verified requests promptly. Some limited security or legal records may be retained for the period required to protect players and the service. For more detail, read the Privacy Policy.
